Delta’s mission is to transform the Great Lakes Region into the vital center of the Green Economy, and that kind of change doesn’t happen overnight.

With Delta’s help, large and small transformations are taking place daily here in the Chicago area and throughout the Great Lakes region.

Recent stimulus funding provided a great down-payment for growing the Green Economy, but this level of public investment will not last. Gifts from business people, homeowners, philanthropists, investors and other generous individuals like you are necessary to ensure that today’s progress turns into tomorrow’s opportunities.

Delta’s Board has risen to this challenge, with 100% participation in a special campaign to secure a matching grant. Now we are asking you to build on our Board’s leadership with a gift to our 2011 Annual Campaign.

rubble to renovation Since early 2009, Delta’s ReBuilding Exchange has diverted more than 1,600 tons of waste and provided a reliable supply of low-cost, high-quality building materials for the construction and remodeling market.

costly to cozy Since 2008, Delta’s weatherization program has helped more than 300 Chicago residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes – keeping them warmer for less while reducing pollution.
